DCM S24M

The S24 professional fertilizer and seed spreader is designed to work not only in an open field, operating at a distribution width of 10 to 24 meters, but also in orchards and vineyards, at a distribution width of 2 to 5 meters. The initial capacity of the hopper is 1200 liters, but it can be expanded to 2300 liters with the use of extensions. The spinner spreaders, blades, agitators, housing and opening plates are made of stainless steel to ensure a long service life. Due to the use of aggressive products during operation, each component of the machine was treated and painted before assembly. A fully stainless steel version with a capacity ranging from 1200 to 2300 liters is available. The S24 models come in various configurations:

S24M = a fertilizer spreader equipped with independent hydraulic flap door opening functionality.

S24E - an ISOBUS fertilizer spreader equipped with a weighing system.

S24S = an ISOBUS fertilizer spreader with a weighing system and a 1.0 section control system based on dosage modification and job card work (8 sections).

DCM M36

The M36 fertilizer and seed spreader has been specifically designed for professional farmers. The operating distribution width ranges from 18 to 36 meters. The spinner spreaders, blades, agitators, housing and opening plates are made of stainless steel to ensure a long service life. Due to the use of aggressive products during operation, each component of the machine was treated and painted before assembly. A fully stainless steel version with a capacity ranging from 1,500 to 4,200 liters is available. The version of the machine with ISOBUS control and strain gauges allows you to adjust the dose and operating width using GPS, providing perfect overlap, saving costs and maximizing efficiency, especially on irregularly shaped fields. Thanks to the 1.0 section control system, the dose and the fertilizer release point are automatically adjusted by disconnecting the sections from the outside in, 4 sections on each side. On wedge-shaped areas of the fields, the fertilizer spread is more uniform, and the actual amount of fertilizer remains constant over the entire surface. The M36S model has a standard 8-section control of the operating width by changing the dose. By adding job cards to the monitor, it is possible to carry out differentiated fertilization based on the actual needs of plants. The M36 models come in different configurations:

M36E = an ISOBUS fertilizer spreader equipped with a weighing system.

M36S = an ISOBUS fertilizer spreader with a weighing system and a 1.0 section control system based on dosage modification (8 sections).

DCM M42ISO

The M42 EOS fertilizer spreader with a hopper capacity of 1500- 4200 liters has been specially designed for professional farmers. The working width of 18-36 m (option 24-45 m) is divided into 16 sections (8 on the right— 8 on the left). The dose and the point of precipitation of the fertilizer are automatically adjusted by disconnecting the sections from the outside to the inside. The section management system connected to the ISOBUS terminal allows you to adjust the dose and working width using GPS, ensuring perfect overlap, saving costs and maximizing productivity, especially in the presence of irregularly shaped fields. Thanks to the patented frame, the spreader has been thoroughly tested in terms of flow control, regardless of changes in quantity, speed or working width.
